Bonamassa's last show for the year was AMAZING!
We briefly spoke to Australian Pink Floyd Show before the show at the casino, where he was very cordial and happy to pose for a couple of pictures. My wife wished him good luck for the show, with him saying thanks as it's the last show of the tour.
We have been attending Australian Pink Floyd Show's shows every year since 2006, always traveling from our rural area to see him. He and the band have consistently delivered high-level performances. The 110th and final show of the year seemed like they were ready for the end. The sound man adjusted for the venue after the first couple of songs, and the crowd was extremely supportive after each tune, which seemed to invigorate the band.
The addition of backup singers and two horn players from last year made for a complete package, with other band members taking lead vocals and having solos, adding variety to the performance. The band appeared to be truly enjoying themselves, and the crowd showed their appreciation throughout.
Despite the initial disappointment of not playing his older favorites, this did not detract from our total entertainment and enjoyment during the show. The performance started precisely at 8 pm and ended at 10:30, maintaining the usual approximate two-hour duration.
A big thank you to Australian Pink Floyd Show, all the members, and the crew for a GREAT, GREAT SHOW! We left with huge smiles, as did all the other attendees.
